Hi. My name is Clif D'Mello. As the local owner and operator of the newest Little Caesars Restaurant here in Delaware, I am proud to not only be able to serve you the highest quality pizza at the lowest possible price in the area, but also to be a part of the community.

I am a 2000 graduate of the University of Delaware with my degree coming in Biology & Chemistry and have been part of the Newark commuity for over 10-years.

While at UD I was president of "Operation Smile", a non-profit group specializing in screening and helping children both here in Delaware and Internationally who need major reconstructive dental work. Our organization was recognized on Campus and in the Community for our great work with kids.

And although I've worked here, attended community functions, been a civic leader and a community service provider in the area for as long as I can remember, since becoming the owner of Little Caesars this year, I feel there is so much more I can do here in my hometown.

As part of a growing chain, I know that we will be able to provide stable, long-term jobs for our employees, to assist a wide variety of groups in their fund-raising efforts and we'll be able to serve children in our community a well-balanced nutritional lunch via our school lunch programs.

When I was looking for a business to become a part of several years ago, Little Caesars appealed to me not only as a businessman, but also as a civic minded resident.

Here was a company that not only provided great value and money saving opportunities to families, but they did it without sacrificing on service or quality at the store end, and all the while kept a mindful eye on giving back to the community.

That made Little Caesars a company that reflected my lifestyle and a company that I wanted to partner with locally.
